The Receipts
Real people show up for these podcasts.
A successful podcast isn't just one that gets published. It's one the right people find, choose, listen to, and come back to.
From listeners showing up before launch day to podcasts charting from day one, these are a few of the results behind the podcasts I've helped launch and grow.
Chart rankings aren't the goal. They're one of the receipts. These rankings show something much more important to me: when these podcasts launched, listeners were already showing up.

When launch day actually has listeners.
#72 in U.S. Hobbies on launch day.
Wine Guide with Cork & Fizz didn't launch and wait for people to find it. Hailey's audience was already showing up.
Five days later, the podcast reached #59 in Hobbies in Canada.
From “Someday” to Launch Day
Heidi wanted a podcast, but it felt out of reach and overwhelming to actually make it happen.
Then she launched Stop the Scroll and debuted at #64 in U.S. Marketing on Apple Podcasts.
“I had talked about doing this for years so when I finally hired Liz, she turned my vision to a reality and I am so so grateful for her launch expertise, and how easy she made the process!”
Before Episode 1
Technically Joyful had listeners showing up before the first full episode was even released.
That early audience was intentional. Before launch, we identified the first people most likely to care about the show and created a plan to bring them into it from the beginning.
The podcast went on to reach #52 on the U.S. Apple Podcasts chart.
And The Podcast Keeps Working After Launch
She Sells Differently reached #39 in U.S. Marketing after launch. But this is the kind of result I care about even more:
Someone researching keywords associated with Andee's ideal audience found the podcast and asked:
“Who is your podcast manager?!”
What these results actually mean
None of these podcasts had to wait until they had thousands of downloads to know people were listening.
They launched with a clear idea of who the show was for, why those people would want to listen, and how the podcast would support the business behind it.
The chart rankings are fun. But they're not the point.
The point is building a podcast the right people can find, choose, and come back to.

I’m a podcast strategist and manager helping entrepreneurs build podcasts with purpose behind them. Whether we’re launching a new show, managing an established one, or figuring out what’s keeping a podcast from doing more, I’m always looking at the bigger picture: what the podcast needs to do for the business and the strategy that will help it get there.
